During service visits, Liberty customers can also take advantage of alignment checks, tire and brake checks, and 160-point safety and reliability inspections designed to help identify potential vehicle concerns.
The Liberty Love Exchange Policy gives eligible buyers added flexibility after taking delivery. New vehicles may be exchanged within three calendar days, while pre-owned vehicles may be exchanged within 30 calendar days, subject to the program requirements shown above.

Liberty Love Exchange Policy: New vehicle purchases may be exchanged within 3 calendar days of delivery and pre-owned vehicles within 15 calendar days of delivery; vehicle must have no alterations or damage, no more than 100 additional miles, and may only be exchanged for another vehicle from dealer inventory. Subject to any price difference. Replacement vehicle may require new financing approval. Complimentary Oil Changes: 2 per year for 3 years from the date of delivery and completed at Liberty CDJR: includes oil, filter, labor, and disposal at no extra charge. Oil type and quantity limits, or exclusions for diesel, heavy-duty, and high-performance vehicles may apply. Not applicable to EVs. 1.1 The Liberty VIP Buyers Benefits program (the "Program") is offered by PalmEasy Motors PA, LLC d/b/a Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ("Liberty CDJR") at no additional charge to each Purchaser of an eligible new or pre-owned vehicle.
1.2 Eligible purchases are retail purchases, whether cash or financed, of a new or pre-owned vehicle from Liberty CDJR's inventory. [Leases are / are not] eligible.
1.3 The Program does not apply to fleet, wholesale, auction, or dealer-to-dealer transactions.
1.4 The Program is complimentary. It is not sold separately, has no cash value, and is not added to the price of any vehicle.
1.5 The Program is not a warranty, service contract, or insurance product. It does not modify the vehicle purchase agreement, any manufacturer warranty, or any separately purchased service contract.
2.1 "Purchaser" means the individual or individuals named as buyer on the retail purchase agreement for the Vehicle.
2.2 "Vehicle" means the vehicle purchased from Liberty CDJR that qualifies the Purchaser for the Program.
2.3 "Delivery Date" means the date the Purchaser takes delivery of the Vehicle, as shown on the purchase documents.
2.4 "For Life" means for as long as the original Purchaser owns the Vehicle. Program benefits are non-transferable and end when the Vehicle is sold, traded, transferred, repossessed, or declared a total loss.
2.5 "Household" means vehicles registered to the Purchaser or to a person residing at the Purchaser's address.
2.6 "Service Visit" means a visit to the Liberty CDJR Service Department during its posted business hours.
2.7 "Checks" and "160-Point Safety & Reliability Inspections" are inspections only. They do not include subsequent adjustments, repairs, parts, or labor.
3.1 A new Vehicle may be exchanged within 3 calendar days after the Delivery Date. A pre-owned Vehicle may be exchanged within 15 calendar days after the Delivery Date.
3.2 To qualify for an exchange, the Vehicle must:
1. Be returned in person to Liberty CDJR during sales department business hours within the exchange period;
2. Have no alterations, modifications, or damage, normal wear excepted;
3. Have no more than 100 miles added since delivery; and
4. Be free of any liens other than financing arranged through Liberty CDJR.
3.3 The Vehicle may be exchanged only for another vehicle from Liberty CDJR's inventory. No cash refunds will be issued.
3.4 Exchanges are subject to any price difference between the vehicles. The replacement vehicle may require new financing approval and new purchase documents.
3.5 Any trade-in accepted in the original transaction will not be returned and will be credited toward the replacement vehicle.
3.6 Any additional taxes, title, or registration fees resulting from the exchange are the Purchaser's responsibility, except as otherwise required by law.
3.7 Optional products purchased with the Vehicle (such as service contracts or GAP coverage) will be transferred or cancelled according to their own terms.
3.8 One exchange per purchase transaction.
4.1 The Purchaser is entitled to 2 complimentary oil changes per year for 3 years from the Delivery Date. Each year is measured from the Delivery Date.
4.2 Unused oil changes do not carry over to a following year and have no cash value.
4.3 Oil changes must be completed at Liberty CDJR and include oil, filter, labor, and disposal at no extra charge.
4.4 Oil and filter will meet the manufacturer's specifications for the Vehicle, up to 7.5 quarts. Diesel, heavy-duty, and high-performance vehicles: excluded / additional charge applies.
4.5 Not applicable to electric vehicles.
4.6 Any additional service performed during the visit is charged at regular rates. The Purchaser remains responsible for all other maintenance required by the manufacturer.
5.1 Loaner cars are available For Life when the Vehicle is at the Liberty CDJR Service Department for a Service Visit, subject to availability and dealership requirements. Advance reservation may be required.
5.2 The driver must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, be at least 21 years of age, and sign Liberty CDJR's loaner agreement.
5.3 The driver is responsible for fuel, tolls, tickets, and any damage to the loaner vehicle, as set out in the loaner agreement.
5.4 The loaner must be returned within 24 hours after Liberty CDJR notifies the Purchaser that the Vehicle is ready.
5.5 Shuttle service is available For Life within 10 miles of the dealership, including return pickup. Shuttle runs during Service Department business hours and is subject to availability.
6.1 Pennsylvania state inspections are available For Life for any vehicle in the Purchaser's Household.
6.2 This benefit covers the safety and emissions inspection fee and sticker. Any repairs required to pass inspection are charged at regular rates and performed only with the customer's authorization.
6.3 Limited to vehicle types Liberty CDJR is certified to inspect, and to one inspection per vehicle per inspection cycle.
6.4 An appointment may be required.
7.1 Roadside assistance is included with eligible new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
7.2 Roadside assistance is provided through the manufacturer's roadside assistance program, not by Liberty CDJR, and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and coverage limits. Contact information is provided in the Vehicle's owner materials.
8.1 Alignment Checks, Tire & Brake Checks, and 160-Point Safety & Reliability Inspections are available For Life during a Service Visit.
8.2 These are inspections only, as defined in Section 2.7. Results and any recommendations will be provided to the Purchaser.
8.3 Any recommended adjustment, repair, or diagnostic service is charged at regular rates. It will be performed only after the customer receives an estimate and gives authorization, as required by applicable law.
9.1 Benefits are available only at Liberty CDJR, 6735 Essington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153, during posted business hours. Appointments may be required.
9.2 Liberty CDJR may modify or discontinue the Program for vehicles purchased after the effective date of the change. Purchasers who bought before a change will continue to receive benefits under the terms in effect on their Delivery Date.
9.3 Benefits are personal to the Purchaser, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
